| The Vision of ANS |
Epilepsy is one of the most common chronic neurological disorders. The disease is characterized by recurrent seizures, which originate from abnormal and excessive activity of cerebral neurons and result in a paroxysmal disorganization of brain functions. Almost one percent of the world population is suffering from the disease. ANS, trough the development and marketing of its technology, will dramatically improve the quality of life of epileptic patients and their families as well as of the population group which is genetically predisposed to epilepsy. It will also reduce the economic burden on patients and their families as well as on the HealthCare systems and the public budgets. |
